This Sauna is amazing I use it everyday for at least 30 minutes to 90 min I sweat like crazy I love it ! I feel like a million bucks when I’m finished with my sauna session . The assembly will take 2 people for sure not hard but it takes two. It heats up to 153 max on my unit you can set it to 90 min or less and it has a Bluetooth the speakers sound great 👍🏾 it fits 1 comfortably you may be able to fit two but it will be tight

I purchased this Infrared Dynamic Canadian Hemlock Sauna, fits one – two persons, because of recurring body pain. Amazing home sauna
Super simple to assemble, we had it up and running in 20 minutes, the most time was spent connecting wires which took less than 5 minutes. I love the chromotherapy lighting and the Bluetooth capability. This sauna heats up quickly and is the perfect size to place anywhere in your home. This is a lovely piece of furniture and it looks terrific in our family room. Have been enjoying saunas at about 125 degrees for about 35 minutes. This is supposed to be really good for you, as the toxins in your body flush right out through the skin. The color therapy feature is very nice, with all of the chakra/therapy colors available in various hues, shades, and brightness. The music speakers sound good when synced to my phone via bluetooth, although there is a bad electrical buzz in the speakers if no music is playing to cover it up. It says it’s a two-person sauna, but it’s much better for one person. I think a second person would block a lot of the FIR waves from reaching your body; you’d want to switch positions on the bench halfway through. My husband and I assembled the sauna in less than two hours. The side panels are each one big piece, same with the floor and ceiling, and door, and the locking mechanisms are obvious and worked well. I put a cling sticker on the door for some strategic privacy, otherwise the door is plain, smoked gray.F

(Only had it a short time)I was nervous about a bebecar sauna- but I’m impressed went together rather easily (YouTube has a video instructions not so great) took 1/2 hour- rather light considering size- the floor boards above floor heater are cheesy I could see that needing replacing. I powered it up temp went to 145f in 1/2 hour but was sweating at 120f overall I’m pretty happy I ordered it

My wife is diabetic and has been paying for sauna appointments as it makes her feel better. I secretly ordered her one and put it in our basement. She loves it and is happier than a bug in a rug! Might try it myself one day soon. Truck backed right up to my basement door. It was very well secured and wrapped to prevent any damage during shipping. The quality is excellent and it is very sharp looking. Very easy to assemble. Would recommend Dynamic Saunas to anyone looking to buy one.

Easy to put together if you have common sense. The instructions are crap. They don’t make sense and the pictures are dark Grey so it’s hard to differentiate where something goes. It took extra time to put together because of that and trial and error. Total time was about 1.5 hours. The product also comes with extra parts not expressed here so the magazine holder, remote holder, and towel holder were appreciated. The stereo system is what I expected and is decent for podcasts /audio books.Operationally it takes a solid 20-25 minutes to heat up to stabilization. That’s with my basement at 54 degrees. It says it can get to 151 internally, stabilization without a body inside is around 135, and the highest I seen with myself inside was 145.It’s a great feeling afterwords I would recommend 30 minute sessions or greater. You’ll feel the results after 15 minutes so anything less is a waste.The review section is interesting for the product. This is not supposed to be excessively hot because it’s IR. That’s the point.

I received the 1-2 person unit in one box that was strapped poorly to a pallet. I put the unit together alone and did not find the instructions until the last step. They are in the odd shiny box attached to the roof. I thought it was part of the unit. It heats to 118F in 15 minutes and maintains that temp well. I recommend following the two towel directions as my legs to get cold compared to my upper body. The leg and feet heaters are not as effective as the upper body heaters. It is 38.25″W x 35.25″D x 72.5″H.
